Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 4 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil
- ½ cup unsalted chicken broth
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
Sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
- 2 green onions sliced
