Method
- Make your kimchi ranch by blending kimchi, sour cream and KewPie mayo (I did 1/4 cup of each).
- Stir in 2 Tbsp chives and place in the fridge
- Season your wings with your favorite all purpose rub (I used @fireandsmokesociety Go-To Blend)
- Fire your grill up to 350°
- Place your wings on the grill
- Flip your wings 1/2 way and then once they hit 180° coat them in the Buffalo sauce
Korean Buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup Gochujang,
- 1/4 cup hot sauce,
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar,
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce,
- 1 tsp garlic,
- 1 tsp ginger,
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper,
- 1.5 sticks of butter
- Heat over medium heat to combine everything
Serve with your kimchi ranch and enjoy!
