Korean Buffalo Wings with Kimchi

Method

    1. Make your kimchi ranch by blending kimchi, sour cream and KewPie mayo (I did 1/4 cup of each).
    2. Stir in 2 Tbsp chives and place in the fridge
    3. Season your wings with your favorite all purpose rub (I used @fireandsmokesociety Go-To Blend)
    4. Fire your grill up to 350° 
    5. Place your wings on the grill
    6. Flip your wings 1/2 way and then once they hit 180° coat them in the Buffalo sauce

    Korean Buffalo sauce

    1. 1/2 cup Gochujang,
    2. 1/4 cup hot sauce,
    3. 2 Tbsp rice vinegar,
    4. 1 Tbsp fish sauce,
    5. 1 tsp garlic,
    6. 1 tsp ginger,
    7. 1 tsp cayenne pepper,
    8. 1.5 sticks of butter
    9. Heat over medium heat to combine everything

    Serve with your kimchi ranch and enjoy!
